We are using VAS for benchmarking the operation and Identifying the best operator in each operation. After recording the method followed by each operator,We take the best elements from various operators, identify and eliminate NVA's and to train operators and develop the Bench mark method for each operation.

The visibility of the lines working and the output although done manually always have a difference and hence variance.
The video application and the Benchmarking has made it possible to know
what can be the output and hence planning can be closer to accurate.
The skill Matrix I love it, because as far as we were concerned although we had
system in place for Grading has not been accurate and hence production and payments did not tally. This has made it possible (we are still in the process) to access the operator closer to reality.
